Jeremy and I "created" 150 extra dollars of monthly income this past weekend by... getting rid of cable (insert tears here) and the hefty gym membership we rarely used. I have been a dave ramsey fan since college and jeremy and i saw him when he came to jax april of '07. during our marriage we have and continue to strive to apply his biblical financial principles to our wallet but its HARD!
its also weird to me how i struggle being "intense" in multiple areas at the same time. i have never been much of a multi tasker but i have noticed that since the recent financial intensity it has been harder for me to focus at work. its not that i am overwhelmed by any means but more like i can only take so much structure. that might not be so surprising but it isn't good, or helpful. and i could do a whole 'nother post about how weird it is to be in a career but not career driven! its like i'm a hypocrite or a slacker or something.

I'll never come back on an old school track
Realization that I'm getting Old #587
The top 40 stations lunch time tunes, ya know "hits from the 80's and 90's " more than one song comes on and I'm like "oooooohhhh that's my jam... I haven't heard this in forever!"
Montell Jordan- This is how we do it- I know ALL the words! and for the record Montell would have had more hits if he woulda come back on an old school track- Montell meet Kanya West.
Crash Test Dummies- Mmmmm- need I say more? Well then, I remember this song on "Pop up video" There, I said it, I used to watch pop up video on VH1.

just so you know
I'm a sucker for a sale. If anything is 70% off I'm buying it. Or at least I'm dying to buy it, I mean there practically GIVING it away right. Anything over 50% is a steal. and not like 50 % off at high end stores but stores that are "affordable" in the first place. for example- outlets. i work in vicksburg and sometimes it gets just about boring enough that we run to the "outlets" for lunch. I can go there and NEED NOTHING but if there is a sale,oh my goodness, I'm DYING to buy it!!! What's with that!
